Coupon Cue helps you capture, organize, and remember to use your coupons and offers before they expire.
If you're having trouble, this page will walk you through common issues and how to report an issue.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

1. Why aren't reminders showing up?

First, make sure notifications are allowed for Coupon Cue:

• Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
• Tap Apps > Coupon Cue > Notifications
• Ensure Allow Notifications is turned on.

In the app, make sure your offers have an expiration date so reminders can be scheduled.

2. I denied notification access by mistake. How do I turn it back on?

• Open the Settings app.
• Tap Apps > Coupon Cue > Notifications
• Tap Notifications and enable Allow Notifications.

3. My camera access was denied. How do I enable it again?

• Open the Settings app.
• Scroll down and tap Coupon Cue.
• Tap Camera and turn access on.

4. I'm missing offers I thought I saved. What should I do?

• Check both the Upcoming & Current and Expired offers.
• Tap Upcoming & Current Offers or Expired Offers in the top right of the screen to switch between them.

5. How do I report a bug or request a feature?
