  • Collections, notes, and reminders you create.
  • Feedback or support messages you send to us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you use the App, certain information may be collected automatically for security, diagnostics, and analytics purposes. This may include:

  • Device information (model, OS version, language, time zone).
  • App usage information (screens viewed, feature usage, timestamps, basic interaction patterns).
  • Approximate location based on device settings (e.g., country/region), when provided by the OS.

2.3 Camera and Photos

The App may request access to your device's camera and photo library so that you can capture or import images of coupons and offers faster.

  • Images are used only to help you store and manage your offers (e.g., saving a photo of a coupon or using on-device text extraction where supported).
  • We do not access your photos or camera unless you explicitly grant permission through the iOS permission dialog.
  • You can disable camera or photo access at any time in your iOS Settings.

The App may request permission to send you notifications (e.g., reminders before your coupons expire).

  • Notification schedules are generated based on the offer details you provide.
  • We do not use notifications for unrelated marketing without your consent.
  • You can adjust or revoke notification permissions in the iOS Settings app.

2.5 Subscription & Purchase Information

Coupon Cue may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions (e.g., “Coupon Cue Pro”) using Apple's App Store in-app purchase system.

  • We receive non-sensitive payment information from Apple, such as transaction identifiers, subscription status, and product identifiers.
  • We do not receive or store your payment card details; those are handled by Apple.
  • This purchase data is used to validate your access to premium features and manage subscription status.

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide, operate, and improve the App's core features (storing and organizing coupons, creating reminders, etc.).
  • To personalize your experience in the App (e.g., remembering your preferences and settings).

  • To manage and validate in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • To monitor and analyze usage, performance, and trends to improve stability and usability.

5.1 On-Device Storage

Coupon, offer, and reminder data are stored locally on your device.

  • Offer and reminder data are generally retained on your device until you delete them or remove the App.

7.1 App & Device Controls

  • You can create, edit or delete offers, collections, and reminders directly within the App.
  • You can revoke access to the camera, photos, and notifications via your iOS Settings.
  • You can uninstall the App at any time, which removes locally stored data from your device.

7.2 Rights for EEA, UK, and Similar Jurisdictions

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to request deletion of your data in certain circumstances.
